Product Description
This heavy duty Torrey digital hanging crane scale is perfect for many different weighing application, including material handling, loading, etc. This scale features a rechargeable battery system that includes a built-in rechargeable battery pack, which provides up to 100 hours of continuous operation. Perfect for portable/crane use where standard outlets (110V) are unavailable or should not be used for safety reasons. To fully recharge the battery pack, simply plug-in the 110V adapter (included) for only 8 hours. Otherwise, leave your unit plugged in until you need portable battery power.
In addition, this unit offers wireless remote control, which allows you to SAFELY control your hanging scale's functions up to 33ft away. These controllable functions include: ON/OFF, TARE, HOLD, Weigh Mode (lb/kg), and Backlight. The wireless remote uses TWO (2) AA batteries (included).
The Hold function allows you to LOCK-IN an item's weight - even if the item is removed from the hanging scale. The TARE feature will subtract the chain/cables/bucket weight to obtain the weight of ONLY the hanging load/product. The heavy-duty hooks and carabineer w/ spring latch ensures secure and balanced mounting / holding. The automatic shut-off feature (15 minutes of non-use) ensures long battery life and extended product life. In addition, the low battery indicator ensures proper power for consistent accuracy. This model also has a large high contrast - back light LCD for fast and easy reading from a remote distance - in most any indoor/outdoor lighting.
